JK Development Corp develops, rebuilds, holds and operates residential, commercial and industrial real estate. We work across Canada, with a concentration in Ontario and Prince Edward Island.
Who we are
We are a privately held development and construction company. Every property in the portfolio is one we sourced, built or rebuilt ourselves, and the majority are held and managed for the long term.
That ownership position changes how we build. Because we live with the results, our specifications favour durability over decoration, and our schedules are written to be met rather than to win a bid.
Our work spans three asset classes: residential, commercial and industrial. From ground-up construction and adaptive rebuilds through to day-to-day operation of stabilized assets.

Background
Foundations
The company began with hands-on construction work and small commercial holdings, learning the trade from the site up rather than from a spreadsheet.
Expansion
Holdings grew across southwestern Ontario, adding main-street commercial and serviced industrial parcels held for long-term operation.
Atlantic Canada
An industrial-commercial site in Charlottetown extended the portfolio east and established a second regional base in Prince Edward Island.
Today
A rebuild program covering roughly 500,000 square feet has been completed, and the portfolio continues to expand across residential, commercial and industrial asset classes.
